SHIPPING

Discounted shipping is offered on every item. To see your discounted shipping cost, place your items in the cart, view your cart, and select the shipping cost box, and the discounted price will appear. Your order will ship USPS Priority Mail, sometimes UPS if it's shipping on a Monday.

GIFTS

Your gift will be sent with a gift card and a message from you (please be sure and include what you'd like to say to your recipient). Fairy gardens can be gift wrapped at no extra cost - please let me know if you would it gift wrapped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I do not accept returns or exchanges on live plants. If your item is destroyed in transit, please send a photo of the damaged item and box within 24 hours and you will be reimbursed or the item will be replaced. Refunds on live plants are not offered unless they are damaged due to shipping or if they arrive damaged. You must contact me within 24 hours of receipt, with photos. There are no cancellations after 24 hours of ordering.
